Refund & Return Policy
At Wolter's World, our goal is to get you merchandise that you absolutely love! Occasionally returns and refunds may be necessary. Here's what you need to know!
- For our core products that are available year round on our site, you may exchange a product for a different size, but you will not be able to return your item completely for a refund.
- Exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your product.
- For seasonal limited items, we are producing these items on a limited basis, for our customers, so all sales are final and no returns may be processed.
To return a core product:
- Email info@campus.ink with your order number. A member from the team at Campus Ink will ask for information, and process an exchange.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated to returning the item and receiving a new one. All items will need to be shipped to our fulfillment center at 1201 w. Kenyon Rd, Urbana IL, 61801.
