Shipping policy

Items will be shipped based on the selected shipping method upon checkout. While we work quickly to ship out products, an item may take up to 14 days to reach your destination.

Wolter's World uses a fully integrated shipping portal that will send you up to date tracking of your product. Wolter's World is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

If a package is lost or stolen, you will need to process a claim with the shipping provider.
